4-H Youth Development Extension Educator Joanne Logan, Westmoreland County, received the statewide Permanency Teamwork Recognition Award from the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network – Independent Living Services. Joanne was recognized for her teamwork in conducting a positive camp experience for youth involved with two foster care agencies, Laurel Youth Services and Wesley Spectrum Services. The award was for work conducted last summer and they continue their partnership and camping eduational program for additional youth.
